Delete Your Data
Mono has no accounts. There is no username, email address, or password — and nothing is stored on our servers. All your data lives locally on your device. Deleting it is instant and permanent: just uninstall the app, or clear the app's data in your device settings.
What data exists and where it lives

How to delete all data
Option A — Uninstall
- 1Long-press the Mono icon in your app drawer
- 2Tap Uninstall
- 3Confirm. All data is deleted immediately.
Option B — Clear data only (keep app)
- 1Open device Settings
- 2Apps → See all apps → Mono
- 3Storage & cache → Clear storage
- 4Confirm. Stats and settings are wiped; the app stays installed.
Option A — Delete the app
- 1Long-press the Mono icon on your Home Screen
- 2Tap Remove App
- 3Tap Delete App. All data is deleted.
Option B — Via Settings
- 1Open Settings → General
- 2iPhone/iPad Storage → Mono
- 3Tap Delete App → confirm
What about my Mono Pro purchase?
Your subscription is managed entirely by Apple or Google — not by us. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel auto-renewal:
- iOS: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Mono → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mono → Cancel
We have no record of your payment details or Apple/Google account identity. Refunds must be requested through Apple or Google directly.
